Insurance

I am considered in-network with the following insurance companies:

  • Aetna

  • Horizon BCBS of New Jersey

  • United Healthcare

  • Oxford (Optum)

  • Oscar (Optum)

I am able to accept these insurances through the company Headway. If you have health insurance through one of these companies and wish to use your benefits to pay for therapy, you will be set up with a Headway online portal to add your insurance and payment details.

I am considered out-of-network with all other insurance companies. However, you may still be able to use your insurance benefits to pay for therapy. Please use the benefits checker below to see if you have out-of-network benefits. I have partnered with Thrizer as an option for clients to streamline the out-of-network process.

Private Pay

Initial Evaluation (60 min): $175

Individual Session (53-60 min): $150

A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available. Please inquire regarding current availability. 

  • Paying privately for therapy offers an extra level of privacy for your care.

    In order for insurance companies to pay for services, they require certain information about your treatment, including diagnosis, treatment plan, and progress notes. If you are not comfortable sharing this information with your insurance company, private pay may be right for you.
